Other top important factors to be considered in these series (obesity|my way out) will be:

✳️ Limiting your screen time.
✳️ Improving your sleeping time (quality rest).
✳️ And Reducing your Stress.

💠 The screen time.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Watching TV,it is  highly entertaining, enjoyable, educative and informative.but it can also be double jeopardy when it comes to Weight Control,it is a completely sedentary activity that also seem to promote unhealthy eating, through various ads, products placements and other promotions that constantly pitch high calorie low-nutrient foods and drinks.

And so ability to manage well your screen time is highly recommended for weight control.in this light try these tips for curbing excessive exposure to TV and other screen media such as video games, recreational  computer uses etc.

✳️As regards to all adults.

Manage to keep your TV and screen media time to no more than 2 hours a day,the lesser the better.

✳️ For the parents.

🔹 Make children’s bedroom TV free and clearly internet free.
🔹 Limit children’s screen time to not more than 2 hours per day.
🔹keep television and screen media time not more than two hours a day.
🔹Turn off the TV during meal time.

💠 Getting enough sleep.

There is more and more evidence that a good night’s sleep is important to good health and may also help keep weight in check. here are some general recommendation for sleep duration.

For the children:
1-3 year old 12 to 14 hours a night.
3-5 years old 11 to 13 hours a night.
5-12 years old 10 to 11 hours a night.
For the adolescent: 8.5 to 9.25 hours a night.
For the adults: 7 to 8 hours a night.

✳️ Health tip for pregnant women.

It’s almost never too early to lay the foundation for good health and there is good and compelling evidence that a child’s early year and even time during pregnancy can have an important impact on  their weight later in life.

The way out:
🔹 Don’t smoke during pregnancy.
🔹Aim for a reasonable weight gain during pregnancy.
🔹 Try to start pregnancy at a healthy weight.
🔹 Breastfeeding should be done preferably without other liquid for 4 to 6 month, for some this could last for 12 month.
🔹 Always ensure that infants get adequate sleep during the first few years of life.
🔹 Help your children gain weight at a healthy rate, you can further discuss this with your doctor.

💠 Stress reduction.

There is no doubt about the fact that today world is full of Stress,this is a normal part of our daily Experiences but when Stress becomes too much they can take a toll on health and thereby contribute to Weight gain by leading to unhealthy eating, drinking and other unhealthy activities.

One of the ways to control Stress is equally applicable for weight control; regular physical activity (mind body approaches) such as breathing exercise could be effective.
